An Ericsson design organization focused on developing of equipment within the radio network area of wireless systems. The main activity is Radio Base Station development. The organization handles today projects within the standards of WCDMA and GSM.

The technology in the R&D Center covers both software and hardware. The software is mainly developed in C++ and Java, but also other IP related software technologies are within the scope. The latest DSP technology combined with other microprocessor systems are the target platforms for the software. The hardware development is performed within analogue electronics up to 2.5 GHz and high-speed digital electronics as well as power supply and mechanics. Write MATLAB scripts of Advanced RRM algorithms in AADragon, and perform simulation to verify function and get recommend parameter setting.
